Charmaine Beasley is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Consultant, Supervisor, and Trainer who turns mental health into something you can actually understand and maybe even enjoy learning about. Charmaine specializes in turning complicated mental health concepts into real-life, “ohhh that makes sense” moments. Charmaine believes the most powerful healing happens when professional knowledge meets real-life humanity. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, she approaches therapy as a collaborative process not an expert talking at you, but a teammate walking with you. Whether working with teens, adults, or families, she brings humor, honesty, and compassion into every space she enters. Charmaine helps clients untangle anxiety, trauma, and deeply rooted patterns with curiosity instead of shame.
As a consultant, supervisor, and presenter, she brings the same vibe- warm, engaging, and practical- making mental health topics feel approachable and surprisingly enjoyable.

Nikia Johnson, LCSW
Co-Owner
Nikia is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Supervisor, & CEU Creator who specializes in helping individuals and families become cycle breakers, healing the roots of the past so they can flourish in the present. She understands that many clients have spent enough time carrying weights that were never theirs to begin with. Whether someone is seeking to reclaim their power after sexual abuse, end generational cycles of trauma, or overcome an eating disorder, Nikia’s mission is to help them move from survival to soulful living. Using structured, evidence-based tools like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, and Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT™), she helps clients do more than just talk in circles; she works to rewire the thoughts keeping them stuck. Nikia provides the clinical tools for those who are ready to be the one who changes everything for their family and themselves. Her goal is to help clients turn their stress into grounded control and reclaim the life they were meant to live.
Beyond the therapy room, Nikia extends her mission of generational healing by supervising the next wave of Social Workers/Therapists and crafting continuing education training that empower practitioners to facilitate deep, soulful transformation. By providing a space of empathy and accountability, Nakia helps her clients move from the shadows of the past into a life of self-governed freedom. Nakia focuses on how the body and nervous system hold onto experiences. While she uses a variety of tools, her primary tool is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
